Paradise

Paradise

It was about a month ago. My family and I went to a beautiful place called Cuba. The first day we got there was the worst day because we came at night and the service wasn’t that great. At that time, I really wanted to come back to Canada but when we got to the hotel everything changed. I got to meet my uncle, aunt and cousin again which I haven’t seen them in a year. They were on a vacation just like us. The hotel was a beautiful place full of spectacular sights.

The next day it was a better day. We went to the beach with the sparkling blue water. The water was very salty, but it’s very relaxing. We went back to the hotel just to have lunch, and it was very good because it was a buffet. The food didn’t taste the same as in Canada, but it still was satisfying.
Every single day I got to rest and have fun and be careless about everything, but then the day that my uncle left brought all the fun down to a minimum. All the fun was gone because of my cousin, Justin. He was only 2 years old and pretty much knew how to make everybody laugh, now that he has gone everything seems to be dull.

At least I still had my best friend there, Pina Caladas mmm! I guess the taste made me feel very soothing inside and got me drifting from the memory of my uncle, aunt. On the last day that we had to go was the day when I wanted to go back and see all my friends again, and the next thing I knew was back home in Canada where it was chilly not hot and steaming like in Cuba.

Now that I think back on the memories I want to go back. It was my paradise that I want to stay in forever, but I was forced to go back. I will return to the exact location again one day, but currently I would just live on the memories of my paradise.
